TRX and Total Barre have just come out with the final fall schedule see the poster to the right.
Other adult programming is Friday nights 7-9pm (except 31st of October is Halloween Dance).
Janice MacLean continues with her exercise classes on Monday/Wednesday nights 7:30-8:30pm drop in $5 and on Saturday 8:30-9:30am.
Seniors exercise program runs from Stanhope Place 11am to 12noon on Saturdays.
Kids exercise programming is on Saturdays until December 20th.
